MES-SCADA Consultant - Sepasoft at Spartanburg, SC (Onsite Day 1) - 50893
Immediate need for MES/SCADA { Manufacturing Execution System / Supervisory Control And Data Acquisition } consultant, primarily on Ignition/Sepasoft with Manufacturing Domain expertise.
Must-Have Skills: Hands-on Sepasoft modules like OEE downtime, Track and Trace, Batch module
Architecture and Design of MES/SCADA solution on Ignition/Sepasoft modules. Work closely with Customer to understand the manufacturing process, requirements and design the solution accordingly Onsite coordination to gather requirements, communication with customer and offshore team Development on Ignition and Sepasoft modules.
Central to this position is experience in Manufacturing IT applications in the area of Manufacturing Execution systems and ERP, sound knowledge in MES architecture and design with clear understanding of Master Data Management, MBOM, Operations, Routing, Work Instructions, Checklists, equipment , materials.
Candidate working in Discrete manufacturing having previous work experience in Digitization projects that involves integration of SCADA, MES and ERP, work closely with Customer to gather requirements of solution to be developed that involves MES, ERP and SCADA. Should play a role as Solution Architect, should have worked in global environment Onsite and offshore model and should be able to pass on customer requirements to offshore team and guide them.
