We are looking for an experienced Marketing Professional to assist in the planning, execution, and optimization of our online marketing efforts. The promotion of products and services through digital channels is a complex procedure with great potential which becomes increasingly useful for companies such as ours. The ideal candidate will have a passion for all things marketing and technology. The perfect fit candidate will be well-versed in the concepts surrounding digital marketing and how the Internet can become a strong asset to securing growing revenue. He/ She will be tech-savvy and intuitive with great ideas to reinforce our marketing campaign. Experience with lead generation campaigns is highly desired.

1.Website Development and Maintenance:

  • Design, develop and maintain the company website to ensure it is user-friendly, visually appealing, and up to date.
  • Optimize websites for SEO (Search Engine Optimization) to improve search engine rankings.
  • Implement responsive design to ensure a seamless experience on various devices.
  • Integration of internal platforms to ensure an optimized customer& interaction flow.

2. Social Media Management:

  • Manage and schedule posts on social media platforms to maintain an active online presence.
  • Monitor social media analytics to track engagement, reach and conversions.
  • Develop and implement social media advertising campaigns.

3. Email Marketing:

  • Create visually engaging email templates and newsletters.
  • Segment email lists for targeted marketing campaigns.
  • Analyze email campaign performance and make improvements based on data.

4. Graphic Design:

  • Design marketing collateral such as brochures, flyers, posters, and banners.
  • Create visual assets for online ads, social media posts, and blog articles.
  • Ensure consistency in branding across all design materials.
  • Prepare online newsletters and promotional emails and organize their distribution through various channels.
  • Provide creative ideas for content marketing and update website.
  • Improve user experience trough design.

5. Analytics and Reporting:

  • Generate reports and analyze metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts.
  • Use insights to make data-driven decisions and optimize strategies.

6. User Experience (UX) and User Interface (UI) Design:

  • Enhance the user experience on websites and digital applications.
  • Create intuitive and visually pleasing user interfaces.
  • Conduct user testing and gather feedback for continuous improvement.

7. Data Collection and Management:

  • Collect and organize customer data, including contact information, purchase history, preferences, and interactions.
  • Ensure data accuracy and consistency within the CRM system.

8. Customer Segmentation:

  • Divide the customer base into segments based on demographics, behavior, and preferences.
  • Customize marketing and communication activities for each segment.

9. Communication and Engagement:

  • Communicate with customers through various channels.
  • Send personalized messages to build relationships and encourage repeat business.
  • Running surveys; Digital savvy

Skills

  • Proven experience as Digital Marketing Executive or similar role
  • Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices
  • Experience with B2C and B2B social media, Google AdWords and email campaigns and SEO/SEM
  • Working knowledge of ad serving tools (e.g., DART, Atlas)
  • Perfect knowledge of web analytics tools
  • Skills and experience in creative content creation
  • Graphic design knowledge: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign.
  • Analytical mindset and critical thinking
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • BSc/BA in marketing or relevant field
