About the Role

We are looking for a qualified B2C Senior Director, Digital Marketing to take the lead in developing successful, long-term digital marketing strategies for new customer acquisition for Bitdefender. As a head of digital marketing B2C, you should have in-depth marketing experience and a passion for digital technologies. You will work closely with different teams to lead new customer acquisition strategic initiatives and ensure consistency through all digital marketing channels. You should also provide forward-thinking ideas to build personalization for the new customer acquisition journeys, through experimentation. Ultimately, you should be able to drive all digital marketing efforts to achieve set business objectives.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Drive global digital acquisition programs strategy and tactics on owned, paid and earned channels.
  • Responsible for the management of the global digital marketing budget;
  • Design, plan and coordinate the implementation of the global digital marketing strategy and tactics to acquire new direct customers;
  • Understand the buyer personas by working closely with the product marketing group, address the pain points, buying process and criteria, and work on a user journey mapping with all the customer touchpoints and corresponding communication channels and programs to positively impact and influence the buying decision and brand favorability;
  • In coordination with a team of direct reports, experts and managers on specific digital marketing channels your role is to lead all global digital marketing activities;
  • Lead ROI measurement, design and follow KPIs frameworks to maximize the output of the marketing budget investment;
  • Lead campaigns & assets optimization according with key performance indicators evolution;
  • Design recommendations on online content improvement, based on data, customer segments and market available insights;
  • Research competition, investigate benchmarks and provide suggestions for improvement across all areas of expertise.
  • Manage internal cross functional projects and coordinate internal resources and teams to guarantee that all digital marketing initiatives are implemented according with the project plan;
  • Lease with internal teams and departments to run strategic cross-functional projects that in line with the B2C strategy;
  • Prepare strategy, status and reporting decks for leadership meetings;
  • Constantly look for business growth opportunities;
  • Forecast and deliver on volume, costs, and revenue targets for all acquisition programs.
  • Implement an experimentation way of working on key projects.

SPECIFIC TYPES OF KNOWLEDGE, SKILL & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

  • +5 years of experience as Head of Digital Marketing or Digital Marketing Director;
  • Strong experience in integrated digital media strategy&planning;
  • Hands-on experience in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies;
  • In depth knowledge on different digital marketing channels;
  • Hands-on experience on Performance, SEO, Google/Adobe Analytics etc.
  • Good experience with complex data reporting dashboards: business data, marketing data, media data.
  • Strong skills in strategy and planning, budget and P&L management, marketing and vendor selection and management;
  • Proven leadership and team management skills;
  • Big-picture, creative and problem-solving thinker with experience working in a dynamic, high-growth and fast-paced environment;
  • Strong, written, verbal, leadership and analytical skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities;
  • Self-starter who can think strategically and independently and also collaborate with others and work well in a team;
