About the role

The Procure to Pay Analyst will support a number of projects in Carrier’s Procurement team. 

Responsibilities:

• Support on supplier aged payable helpdesk
• Account Reconciliation for critical Vendors
• Update payment terms in different ERPs
• Connect with stakeholders
• Work on Power BI report

What we are looking for

The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in an international procurement organization

• 2 - 4 years of relevant track record in P2P
• Experience in digital tools like SAP, Power BI, Excel, PowerPoint is preferred
• Proven comfort with analytical skills and attention to detail as it relates to policy compliance vs. practice
• Ability to, independently and as part of a team, successfully complete assigned tasks with excellent results while meeting agreed deadlines
• Ability to make decisions and drive task completion in instances where absolute clarity does not exist
• Ability to communicate and manage internal and external stakeholders efficiently
• Excellent communication skills (verbal/written, English language)
