This position of Branch Manager (Service Center with workshop) was approved in the scope of SEA Growth initiative
Responsibilities / Tasks
- Make sure workshop is fully functional and have everything necessary (tools, machines, etc.) to execute compressor overhauls
- Manage and constantly improve workshop, its assets, tools, methods of work and operations.
- Prepare quotations for compressor overhauls for Thai customers, and also for overseas
- Arrange overhaul execution and job reporting, for both screw and piston compressors
- Manage compressor exchange program.
- Manage training center (at the same location)
- Execute overhaul trainings.
- Arrange maintenance of workshop and training center assets
Your Profile / Qualifications
- Technical college or above in mechanical Engineering
- Other development courses and programs are of advantage.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in managing repair workshop or a service branch, ideally with screw and piston compressors.
- Strong hands-on mechanical skills
- Strong knowledge of machinery, tools, methods, subcontractors for repairs.
- Experience with people management and leadership is an advantage.
- Training experience is an advantage
- Sales/Quotation experience is an advantage
- English (pre-intermediate or better),
- Good general communication skills
