Accountabilities / Responsibilities

The Real Estate Analyst works with the Real Estate Team to support diligence and integration functions related to SCA Health’s Lease Administration and Transaction Management processes. This role is responsible for management of multiple projects with varying size and complexity. The Real Estate Analyst supports the real estate portfolio, real estate compliance processes, critical dates, executive updates and achieving high-quality performance through a solution-driven, fact-based decision-making process. 

Position Summary:

  • Facilitates the due diligence and integration of acquisitions.
  • Supports cross-functional teams and projects.
  • Coordinates fair market valuations for the real estate portfolio and supports tracking of referral source relationships.
  • Provides general customer service functions by researching, analyzing, and extracting lease documentation as requested by various stakeholders.
  • Assists in coordinating lease administration activities and assists in expediting documents for execution.
  • Supports real estate portfolio management activities and the integrity of data in the lease agreement repository.
  • Manages diligence and integration activities by reviewing lease agreements while ensuring compliance with industry rules and regulations.
  • Creates support documentation for diligence and integration projects.
  • Monitor/Track collection of outstanding Tenant Improvement Allowance and Security Deposits
  • Correspondence with landlord/broker as directed.
  • Assist in coordinating regular scheduled and impromptu Real Estate meetings.
  • Participate in archiving lease expiration and property disposition files.
  • Meets and exceeds designated performance metrics.

Qualifications

  • General knowledge of real estate contract terminology and legal documentation
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively (verbal and written)
  • Understanding of Anti-Kickback and Stark Laws
  • Exceptional analytical and organizational skills with the ability to perform multiple, concurrent tasks.
  • Demonstrated ability to support large, multi-site initiatives/programs.
  • Effective contributor to cross-functional teams.
  • Deadline and detail oriented.
  • Good working knowledge of PC and real estate software packages with a high degree of proficiency with Microsoft Office Applications. Knowledge of CoStar preferred.
