Role Summary

Specializes in providing assistance to field engineers, technicians, and product support in diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing and debugging complex systems (e.g., electro/mechanical equipment, computer, complex software, or networked and wireless systems).

Key Responsibilities

Actively engage in discussions about Cloud and ORAN deployments, providing ongoing support

Coordinate and clarify customer technical inquiries related to CIQ and proposed solution

Provide insightful technical guidance to the customer team r

Collaboratively review KPIs with the customer to ensure alignment.

Anticipate and address deployment related customer queries promptly.

Support field engineers in interpreting test results.

Collaborate with ST and R&D to develop support models that meet customer needs and exceed expectations 

Job Requirements

10+ years of experience in vRAN or Traditional RAN Deployment, with additional knowledge of ORAN a major advantage. 

Unleash the power of the cloud for efficient deployments. Hold a relevant Cloud certification (AWS,CKA,GCP,RHOCP etc ) or demonstrate hands-on experience

Proven experience integrating ORAN Radios and coordinating successful drive tests

Analyze and explain ORAN KPIs, collaborating with customers to achieve optimal network performance.

Partner seamlessly with field engineers, guiding them through radio solution testing and integration to ensure flawless functionality . Experience with tools like XCAL is a strong plus.

Build strong relationships with Tier-1 telecom mobile operators through exceptional communication skills and a proven track record of customer success.
