Reporting to the Data Analytics Chapter Lead you will:
- Cultivate analytics mindset and curiosity, take ownership of projects, and effectively identify business challenges through data analysis.
- Create and maintain rich interactive visualizations through data interpretation and analysis.
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand and identify insights, deliver recommendations for their business problems, and guide project directions through prototyping, requirements setting and implementation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during the early stages of analysis and EDA.
- Continuously enhance skills and knowledge within the role, applying expertise to propose solutions for business challenges.
- Communicate data science findings clearly and concisely.

Qualifications
You Have:
- In-depth hands-on experience with PowerBI, Python and ability to write complex SQL queries (e.g., Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL).
- Strong experience with managing business stakeholders including dashboard/report requirement gathering, recommending options, and presenting end analytics and insights to executives.
- Proven experience working with data, statistical analysis techniques, data-related process controls, data mapping, and ETL processes and tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
- Good teamwork and collaboration skills.
Skills:
- Research Aptitude: Demonstrated ability to take ownership of projects, acquire necessary skills, and effectively address challenges throughout project lifecycles.
- Problem-Solving: Profound analytical and problem-solving skills for tackling complex issues through data-driven methodologies.
- Data Exploratory Analysis: Proficiency in statistical methods for thorough data exploration, analysis, and drawing meaningful conclusions, including causal inference.
- Programming Proficiency: Strong programming skills in Python and SQL, enabling successful execution of tasks in data analysis projects.
- Effective Communication: Ability to communicate findings and proposed solutions effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences through reports, publications, and presentations.
- Financial Acumen: Eagerness to acquire knowledge about financial concepts and address operational challenges within the domain.
