The Delivery Architect will be responsible for providing technical leadership in the design, documentation, and review of technology solutions that meet the business and IT needs of the organization. This individual will also be accountable for providing technical leadership for projects and will be accountable for the end-to-end solution and delivery. This role drives collaboration with stakeholders including ITS teams, technology partners, business customers, and vendors to ensure that the participants are skillfully communicating and aligned on technical deliverables. In addition, while the role will not have direct reports, the role does lead cross-functional technical resources to deliver desired outcomes. The Candidate must be able to work onsite at our corporate offices in Deerfield Beach, Florida in a hybrid onsite/offsite model.

Technical Architecture Responsibilities:

• Leverage the current and approved technology portfolio, enterprise architectural standards, and established patterns to create solution and data designs that deliver the required business capabilities
• Reviews, advises, and designs standard software builds/implementations, system options, risks, costs vs. benefits, and impact on business unit (BU) processes and goals
• Develop and document the framework for integration and implementation
• Develops tactical plans to execute strategy, ensuring technology lifecycle commitments are met along the way
• Accountable for technical delivery, solution, and data
• Ensures detailed technical designs, including 3rd party vendor designs adhere to enterprise standards, reducing complexity and increasing reusability
• Provides recommendations that produce efficiencies in technology support costs and improve performance
• Translates highly technical problems in a manner that can be understood in business terms to a variety of audiences including project managers and business executives
• Presents recommendations and solutions clearly and concisely and can focus on key points to portray the intended message or purpose

Leadership Responsibilities:

• Provides overall guidance to ensure the delivery of technology solutions
• Drives desired outcomes and decisions through trust and influence
• Partners with all team members including Project Managers, Delivery Managers, Architects, Developers, and technical stakeholders to ensure a successful end-to-end delivery
• Partners with the team to ensure successful releases to production ensuring that technical tasks and milestones are appropriately identified
• Identifies risks, anticipates bottlenecks, provides escalation management, and collaborates to drive toward mutually beneficial outcomes
• Drives the creation of financial estimates for all phases including the total cost of ownership
• Ensures the realization of the solution architecture, making sure it is operable & cost-effective
• Assists in identifying all required technology resources
• Ensures technical requirements are delivered with quality and completeness
• Provides direction and mentoring to other technical resources
• Provides feedback on the performance of internal technical team members to their leaders

Must-have Qualifications:

• Experience in implementing security solutions like: - B2B Azure implementation - Azure Security for authentication - Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) implementation - Fundamentals of Azure AD § SAML Federation
• Broad knowledge of technology and business operations must be able to provide holistic solutions to business problems or requirements
• Extensive experience and knowledge of software design, application integration, and data integration
• Solid experience in designing and implementing Canonical data models, SOA, messaging, and transformation patterns
• Extensive knowledge of architectural patterns utilized for micro-services, event-driven architecture, and domain-driven architecture
• Good knowledge of the complexities of networks, databases, systems, security practices, and other infrastructure components in an IT environment
• Solid insight into the complexities of DevOps and its best practices as it relates to software and integration design
• Good knowledge of IT security and governance best practices as it relates to software and infrastructure design
• Comprehension of security methods such as ADFS, SAML, or OAuth
• Knowledge of industry best practices for software architecture
• Bachelor’s degree & at least 15 years of equivalent professional experience
• Solid management and positive influencing skills
• Exemplary verbal, written, and presentation skills
• Robust facilitation, analytical, and deductive reasoning skills. Capable of thinking through problems systematically and logically to produce solutions.
• Deep customer service orientation
• Ability to work self-reliantly and manage multiple task assignments in a dynamic environment

Nice to Have Qualifications:

• Experience in Salesforce solutions and/or integrations
• Salesforce Certifications
• Knowledge of ITIL processes and standards
• TOGAF certification
• Experience in mobile development and/or design
• Automotive and/or Auto Warranty experience
• Extensive experience in data integration practices beyond ETL or ELT
