Responsibilities : 

  • Design tools and streamline report to match with business growth
  • Business intelligence and analytics strategy to align with business direction and ensure that implementation supports best operating practice
  • Provide and craft appropriate information for support business strategy including key drivers monitoring
  • Monitor, manage review and enhance sales performance reports
  • Translate sales report into action items for achieving sales target
  • Work closely with sales team to Identify opportunity in portfolio and actively pursue opportunities to assist business growth

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in banking business / consumer business / insurance business, prefer in Portfolio Analysis, Business Intelligence, Sales Management, programming capability will be advantage
  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Business and/or related fields
  • Excellence knowledge of BI tool, computer language
  • Result Oriented with Good at logical and communication skill.
  • Possess “Can do” attitude, entrepreneurial spirit, practical creativity, a strong determination & commitment to deliver results
  • Good command and coordination
  • Self-motivated & proactive
