Key Account Manager TCO - 008TFA

Key Account Manager is leading business with most important customer for Schneider Electric in KZ – Tengizchevroil. His/Her mission is to build deep relationships with TCO, develop opportunities for growth and mobilize the whole of Schneider Electric to deliver a great customer experience.

Deliverables & Responsibilities:

  • Accountability for profitable growth strategy for TCO
  • Build customer intimacy and strong relationships
  • Deploy & implement both short- and long portfolio-wide account plan increasing SE share of wallet
  • Sell full scope of Schneider Electric Field services portfolio
  • Orchestrate Sales Specialists / Presale / Execution teams
  • Lead end2end customer experience
  • Be a customer advocate and create Win/Win

Qualifications

Requirements:

  • Proven Ability in strategic selling to large companies with complex multi plant footprint
  • Experience in sales and providing solutions based on customer needs
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with attitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Good to have principal knowledge of either electrical energy transition or process automation & digitalization;
  • Ability to lead teams within matrix organization
  • Both fluent English and Russian languages are must!
