We are seeking a dynamic Retail Customer Experience Specialist to join our team at Penrith!

We operate from Monday to Saturday, however Saturday is a rotating roster so you can experience flexibility with a rotating roster that allows you to enjoy your weekends off; and maximize work-life balance! 

About the role

This role provides an exceptional customer experience and serves as one of our Customers main contact points throughout their journey with bravoauto. This is a rewarding role with plenty of room to grow.

You don’t need automotive experience! Here is what we are looking for:

• Previous experience in a retail environment where you have engaged face to face and online customer service, we will train the rest!
• Ability to maintain high standards focusing on ensuring customer satisfaction, getting details right, and displaying professionalism and integrity.
• Ability to build rapport and strong relationships with our customers as you will be executing test drives; delivery; handover; and check-ins with the customer after purchase.
• Valid driver's licence
