What you'll do

Reporting into the GTM Enablement organization, this person is responsible for empowering Sales, Customer Success and Support teams by creating engaging and scalable skills training. This person will own existing skill enablement as well as new skill content introduction and reinforcement.

You will work closely with GTM Enablement team members to uncover additional skill and knowledge needs and build new training programs to bridge gaps. Additionally, you will partner cross-functionally to design and develop learning content. In this role, you will contribute to a broader enablement strategy that ensures our GTM teams have the know-how and skill to build successful customer relationships, resulting in a sales velocity that is industry leading and best in class.

This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Manager, Global Enablement Content.

Responsibility

  • Build an annual skills enablement strategy, including uncovering organizational needs, identifying successful sales frameworks, and gaining global alignment
  • Design and develop skills-focused content for global audiences to be delivered live and asynchronously using modern learning technologies
  • Act as an Enablement Trusted Advisor for Product Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Support, and Global Enablement to address GTM Field Enablement needs
  • Partner closely with the Global Content and Training, Performance Partner, and Learning Operations Teams in Enablement, to drive an integrated quarterly, annual, and role-based plan
  • Manage the execution of the GTM enablement plan of record to ensure the successful launch of new training
  • Understand critical sales skills and use knowledge to build credibility and trust with cross-functional partners and SMEs within the business
  • Analyze metrics to measure end-to-end success of GTM readiness from lead generation to deal close
  • Demonstrate thought leadership and expertise in latest enablement trends, tools, programs and technologies

Job Designation

Hybrid: Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work. Access to an office location is required. (Frequency: Minimum 2 days per week; may vary by team but will be weekly in-office expectation)

What you bring

Basic

  • 8+ years of combined experience in sales/customer success and enablement function
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Demonstrable experience leading multiple initiatives of varying complexity and timeframes
  • Demonstrated ability to design enablement strategies and be responsible for the execution of learning solutions to drive outcomes

Preferred

  • Analytical skills to drive insights from data, and measure the impact of enablement programs at scale
  • Ability to work closely with a wide range of collaborators
  • Basic design capabilities, such as building strong learning visuals, PPT presentations, basic video editing
  • A strategic problem solver who knows how to formulate sales enablement programs that are high impact and scalable, always keeping the end goal in mind
  • Attention to detail and exemplary organizational skills
  • Strong judgment, initiative, and sense of urgency
  • Can communicate effectively, both written and verbally, with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Operations Teams
  • Knowledge of content development tools, such as Highspot, Articulate Rise / Storyline, Camtasia (or) Adobe Premiere Pro, Audacity / Murf or similar voiceover tool, and Vyond or similar whiteboard animation tool

Wage Transparency

Based on applicable legislation, the below details pay ranges in the following locations:

California: $118,300.00 - $182,775.00 base salary

Illinois: $111,600.00 - $153,525.00 base salary

Washington: $111,600.00 - $162,625.00 base salary

This role is also eligible for bonus, equity and benefits.
