Working closely with the wider On Premise team, you will create and execute the National On Premise trade, consumer & industry marketing strategies. You will play a crucial role in differentiating Red Bull from our competition, ensuring we “Look Like #1” throughout the On-Premise universe by delivering impactful marketing initiatives that drive product relevance and consumption.

  • ON PREMISE MARKETING MANAGEMENT
  • You are responsible for executing and adapting the international marketing guidelines according to the market needs.
  • You will drive share of mind with industry stakeholders including venue (bar) staff, decision makers, owners and influencers.
  • You are responsible for the creation, coordination and approval of tailor-made installations throughout venues and National Accounts.
  • You will be a peer to the national Red Bull Marketing Team (cross departmental collaboration).
  • You will translate the national research results, initiatives and insight generation into new actions, activities, programmes, strategies which can be implemented in the On Premise.
  • You continuously observe market trends and actively search for new business opportunities in the market, identifying potential for improving and adding new marketing activities.
  • You will be the project manager and the lead voice of the business to drive the importance of the Party & Socialising occasions and deliver an always on marketing plan to win within these occasions.
  • On top of winning in the Party & Socialising occasions, you are responsible in working closely with the Brand Marketing team to develop an always on occasions strategy to win more consumers in more occasions for longer.
  • EVENTS AND FESTIVALS
  • You will take responsibility for the national event and festival strategy.
  • You will oversee the contract negotiations and day to day management of third-party Event and Festival portfolio.
  • You will own, lead and execute all Red Bull owned events to consumers in the On Premise Marketing business plan.
  • ON PREMISE TRADE MARKETING MANAGEMENT
  • You will develop and execute the national On Premise trade marketing strategy.
  • You will manage Red Bull On Premise tool procurement.
  • You will manage third-party freight & logistics.
  • You will manage related budgets, forecasting and planning.
  • LEADERSHIP ACROSS THE ON PREMISE TEAM
  • You will maintain a constant exchange of information and best practice sharing (case studies) within the national and international team.
  • You will build a strong network with external agencies, key influencers, national decision makers, event organisers and the local scene searching for new collaboration opportunities.
  • You will efficiently manage the On Premise marketing budget according to the national business plan.
  • You will be responsible for the allocation of POS tools and you will monitor their correct placement.
  • You will track, record and evaluate all results of marketing activities implemented.
  • You will develop marketing and consumer thinking within the On Premise team.
  • You will have a strength-based approach to team development and leadership.
  • You will be an active member of the On Premise Leadership Team.

EXPERIENCE

Your areas of knowledge and expertise

that matter most for this role:

  • You have 5+ years marketing in a commercial environment, experience in On Premise is preferred.
  • You are self-motivated, able to work independently in a high energy, fast-paced, field-based environment and are able to think and act like an entrepreneur.
  • You have proven strategic and innovative commercial awareness and acumen (understanding of sales and finance processes).
  • Previous event management experience is a must, with highly-developed planning, prioritisation and organisational ability.
  • You have strong analytical skills (analyse consumer, sales and customer data).
  • You have excellent communications skills and have the ability to negotiate effectively.
  • You will need to be able to work flexible hours (nights and weekends).
  • Be an active ambassador for the Red Bull brand and product.
  • University Degree preferred (business, marketing or similar)
  • English, both written & verbal
  • Travel 20-30%
