Position Description

ADP is searching for a Director of Marketing Measurement and Insights to support business unit marketing analytics. This player-coach position will be responsible for the leadership of analytics managers, developing & executing against analytics product roadmaps, and enhancing marketings ability to measure through the creation of trusted standardized tracking, datasources, reports, and analytics. Successful candidates will have a good understanding of B2B marketing analytics. This includes experience with email analytics, in-product marketing analytics, campaign analytics, event analytics, ABM analytics, and multi touch attribution (MTA) modeling. He/she must be able to coach, motivate, and train team members in order to drive a high-performance analytics team.

Responsibilities

  • Establish a best-in-class analytics practice that enables marketing to understand performance, optimize tactics, and plan future investments
  • Become a trusted analytics business partner to marketing stakeholders
  • Lead and mentor a team of high-performance analytics managers
  • Drive multi-touch attribution (MTA) adoption and ensure marketing leaders are gaining valuable insights through the development or enhancement of model logic, end user reporting, and training.
  • Partner with marketing stakeholders to develop analytics product roadmaps that prioritize the most critical insights
  • Execute against analytics product roadmaps while supporting adhoc analytics requests as they arise
  • Oversee the design, development, and implementation of intuitive dashboards
  • Partner with marketing technology team in order to create new or enhance datasets and tracking
  • Develop and enhance standardized analytical processes
  • Become an analytics player when needed by performing analysis & providing actionable recommendations to various stakeholders across marketing, sales, product, and operations

Qualifications

The ideal candidate must have an established track record in marketing analytics and in people leadership.

  • A college degree is great but not required. What's more important is having the skills to do the job. If you don't have a college degree, other acceptable experience could include:
  • At least 7 years of relevant experience (with at least 2 years of people leadership experience)
  • Strong analytical, processing, and mathematical skills with ability to structure and conduct analyses
  • Strong experience with Tableau
  • Strong experience with SQL
  • Strong experience with Multi Touch Attribution (MTA) models
  • Experience with Google Analytics
  • Experience with data warehouses (such as AWS or Databricks)
  • Experience with CDP or segmentation/activation tools (such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud)
  • Strong working knowledge of CRM systems (such as Salesforce)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (emphasis on strong excel skills)
  • Conceptual thinker with proven analytical & problem-solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to present complex information in an easy-to-understand manner

Base salary offers for this position may vary based on factors such as location, skills, and relevant experience. Some positions may include additional compensation in the form of bonus, equity or commissions. The compensation for this role is $92,700.00 – $188,100.00 / Year
