Location: Belgrade, Hybrid (Three days per week in the office.)

We are looking for a talented full-time Manual QA Engineer to help us bring our unique data products to the market. What you will work on will challenge the status quo and change our industry forever.

Core Technical Skills needed/preferred

  • Proficiency in manual testing tools and technologies
  • At least 1 full year of experience in Software Testing
  • TestRail / TestLink / Zephir / Allure TestOps user or any other Test manager system
  • You understand the uses and methods of testing
  • Understanding of complete product lifecycle and QA processes
  • You can triage and assign bugs to ensure timely patching of occasional hot-fixes
  • You can coordinate testing efforts across all ongoing projects
  • You can debug failures
  • You can release stable products within given time frames
  • You can create informative test reports
  • Base Postman knowledge
  • Base Linux/Microsoft terminal usage
  • Basic knowledge of SQL
  • Basic understanding of BDD methodology

Would be nice to have

  • Strong communication skills
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken / B2 or C1
  • You like improving your approach to development and testing
  • You have experience working in Agile Methodology
  • You can write good documentation

You will be working in the following environment:

  • Detailed BDD scenarios written in Gherkin
  • Next-gen Software Quality Management Platform: Allure TestOps
  • A minimum of bureaucracy, mainly fast and open communication
