About the Role

As our Logistics Coordinator for inbound and outbound vehicles, you will be part of the plant's logistics team. Based on your qualifications and know-how, you will be responsible for the execution and optimization of the administrative inbound and outbound process of vehicles. 

Your Responsibilities

  • Receive and process incoming and outgoing vehicles
  • Administrate vehicle handover from the customer to the plant logistics team
  • Follow defined processes and execution plan to ensure vehicle allocation
  • Accurate data management to guarantee data quality of vehicle yard
  • Actively drive and implement best practice and utilize lessons learned to optimize yard management

Who we are looking for

  • Completion of high school (or equivalent)
  • 2+ years of experience in vehicle coordination or logistics
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Knowlegde of SAP (Warehouse Management, Materials Management and Distribution)

Your preferred qualifications

  • Higher technical education in logistics, supply chain management or related field preferred
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Attention to detail and a strong ability to prioritize tasks effectively
