WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

• Performs invoice processing, as well as general support to an assigned sales team or customer base in Adriatic region and for Hungary in some cases
• Set product exclusivity setup into SAP
• Registers product model numbers and may support registration of product master data
• Sets up new customers and maintain conditions in the system, in coordination with the responsible sales manager and credit control department
• Solves of credit limit issues with customers, and issues of credit notes and debit notes
• Provides general sales and management support of different kind
• Take care of yearly contracts (create, send, archive, follow-up) set business conditions in SAP
• Communicates with customers when needed to supply them with the basic information
• Creating sales and stock reports

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• High school degree
• Good written and oral English skills
• MS Office skills, esp. Excel
• SAP knowledge
• Knowledge of Serb language is advantage
