Regional Sales Manager – West South Central Territory

Territory: Texas, Oklahoma, Utah, Idaho, Colorado, New Mexico, Alberta and British Columbia

As a Regional Sales Manager at Bartelt Packaging, you will contribute to the overall success of the Company by proactively developing leads, establishing, and maintaining excellent customer relations, and selling Company products and services as t level that increases profitability for the region. In this role you will…

  • Sell Bartelt products lines.
  • Develop new and maintain existing account relations in an ethical and profitable manner.
  • Support national accounts as required.
  • Follow up on Company-supplied leads in a timely manner.
  • Maintain a prospective/customer database.
  • Prepare proposals and quotes for prospects within the Company standard guidelines.
  • Develop reports in keeping with Company reporting mechanisms.
  • Keep current on trends from both market and technical standpoints.

Who are we looking for?

  • College degree with proven sales experience and documented success.
  • Ability to identify customer needs and match their solutions with Company products/services.
  • Knowledge of industry and applications.
  • Computer literacy, especially with MS Office.
  • Ability to be on the road visiting prospects, current customers, and vendors, etc.
  • Must have own, dependable vehicle and good driving record.
  • Ability to conduct business in an ethical and successful manner.
  • Self-motivated, strong desire to achieve personal/professional growth.
  • Strong technical, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Strong presentation skills.
  • Ability to travel 60% - 70% of the time.
