Delivers all IT Services, IT Projects and Application Platforms globally for the Purchasing, Market & Sales applications.

Main accountabilities, responsibilities and deliverables
- Enable and actively contribute to Digitalization activities and Strategy for Market and Materials Management
- Working on Programs and Roadmaps to implement strategy together with respective business partners
- Shape the Business Platform architecture in accordance with enterprise, information architecture, master data governance together with business partners
- Establish effective and efficient processes to deliver projects and services according to the business requirements and agreed service levels, leveraging global structures, shared services and strategic partnerships
- Drives IT enabled Innovation in area of responsibility in alignment with IT Innovation
- Build and maintain ecosystem with strategic partners for Software and Services in area of responsibility, apply cloud-based solutions where appropriate
- Ensure Compliance in area of responsibility, especially concerning license Mgmt. / software compliance
- Drive Continuous Improvement Process in area of responsibility
- Manage and Track Service Levels for IT Products within area of responsibility according to business expectations in conjunction with respective IT Delivery Functions.
- Drive platforms and deliver all application services for systems mainly/exclusively used by the related domain functions
