Do you want to lead the Marketing strategy for France and make a lasting impact? Then join us as our new Marketing Manager! 

As Marketing Manager – France, you will have an essential role to strengthen Nilfisk’ s leading position in France with a strategic focus on long term sustainable growth and service led pivot. You will drive the marketing strategy and lead the Marketing function, providing leadership to one direct report. 

In addition to the overall responsibility for the marketing function in France you will focus your efforts on the direct channel working on a range of activities including account-based marketing supporting our direct sales team to meet commercial objectives. 

You will report to the Director of Marketing, EMEA and have a critical role to: 

• Lead and develop of the marketing function in France including setting objectives, tracking and follow-up on activities to continuously improve marketing performance and ROMI. 
• Own the marketing plan and activity budget for France. 
• Build brand awareness and lead generation strategies via direct sales channel focusing on customer acquisition and retention. 
• Act as a strategic marketing partner to local strategic account team, drawing upon a broad marketing skill set to translate business objectives into account-based marketing strategies. 
• Drive product launch excellence to secure impactful product launches in collaboration with Commercial Product Management function regionally and locally. 
• Proactively work with local sales and service teams to secure and lead the implementation of marketing plans. This, in line with business priorities and with the goal of driving business growth on a basis of information and data sharing. 
• Provide direction to optimize the indirect channel, building stronger collaborations with our dealer network to drive growth. 
• Localize marketing materials produced by Global Marketing for France and develop marketing content as needed to ensure local market relevance. 
• Coordinate events and trade shows in France, including planning from start to finish and ensuring that expected KPIs are met.

You will belong to the EMEA Marketing Team, we are a team who collaborate predominately through digital tools located across the region. We are dedicated, we help each other, we are driven by supporting the sales organization to do an even better job tomorrow than today and we have fun while doing it. 

You will furthermore develop a tight cooperation with all functions locally specifically sales and service. You will deliver a strong support to the Country Manager – France ensuring alignment on deliverables.

As you will be a people leader, we imagine that you have some experience working as a team leader, and that you have varied experience, across a range of marketing disciplines including ABM, events, PR, channel marketing and digital marketing channels. 

As you will work with a range of stakeholders cross functionally and across geographies, we imagine that you have great stakeholder management skills, and that you are structured with good analytical skills. 

It would be an advantage, if you have experience working with B2B marketing from an industrial company, and you must be fluent in English and French.
