Working as a Supply Chain Management at Signify is dynamic. You ‘ll be working as Supply Chain Assistant. We’re greater together through peer learning in our globally diverse team, with different backgrounds and nationalities. 

We are looking for an Supply Chain Assistant who’ll be responsible to drive Improvements in Materials processes.

You’ll be part of the Signify Supply chain and its responsibilities in Invoice Management and Reporting & Analytics team, so Problem Solving, taking ownership, Accountability, Drive for results must be in your DNA. 

What you’ll do

• Working knowledge of ERP preferably SAP is required.
• Proficient with MS Office tools & knowledge of Advance Excel - VBA coding/ automation skills
• Knowledge of Improvement tools - Kaizen, Six Sigma, Lean practice etc.
• Accurately analyze and collect data for various types of business reports.
• Create business reports that provide insight into key data points.
• Collaborating with the different internal functions to understand the requirement.
• Maintain Effective communication with internal stakeholders.
• Monitor data to identify changes in metrics and business trends.
• Customer centric approach to identify & fulfill needs of customer requirements.
• Meets defined SLA and KPI’s on performance and quality in given TAT.
• Flexible to work in US shifts.

What you’ll need

• Bachelor’s Degree preferably with 0-2 years of relevant SCM experience; Freshers will also work.
• Effective Verbal and Written Communication.
• Basic understanding of SCM process.
• Proactive & result driven approach.
• Learning Agility

• Self-driven approach
• Team Player
