Job Description

Zscaler is looking for an IT Business Operations analyst to join our Information Technology Strategy & Planning team. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills and attention to detail with expertise in reporting. The candidate will be working within the Business Operations team to support operational planning, reporting, project metrics as well as IT budgets. The IT Business Operations Analyst will assist with new and existing vendor management, licensing costs and agreements as well as assist with special projects. The IT Business Operations Analyst will support Tableau reports by analyzing data to pull key insights on the operational health of our organization and help build a data driven understanding of our business. 

Responsibilities 

• To be successful in this role you will have strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze and present technical and operational data including capacity planning and budgeting 
• Data driven and detail oriented with expert proficiency in Gsuite, Asana and Tableau
• Work closely with the team to help define, track and present key performance metrics to measure and monitor performance and forecasting on a regular cadence
• Develop professional executive level presentations, reports and dashboards for leadership
• Support the management and reporting of vendor management, purchasing and licensing 
• Help drive additional Strategy & Planning projects

Qualifications

• 5 years experience in business operations, finance and analytics 
• BA/BS technical/business degree or related field or equivalent experience
• Excellent communication skills, innovative and collaborative Strong presentation and analytical skills with expert level proficiency with GSuite tools
• Detail oriented with focus on quality and accuracy
• Proficiency with business productivity tools including Asana, Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow, Salesforce
