The team you'll be part of

Nokia’s People organization is responsible for leading a business-driven people strategy and offering people and workplace services to all Nokia employees. We partner closely with the business to provide a motivated and engaged workforce that is fit for the future.

As People Care Partner in People Experience Care team you will be supporting Employees and Line Managers in different HR tool and process related questions. Your daily work includes also onboarding related tasks, benefit administration, preparing of official HR documentation (contracts, certificates etc.) as well as some other administrative and consulting tasks. You are also conducting induction sessions/trainings and have possibility to attend interesting local and global projects. We hope that you enjoy working as part of a team and have an innate ability to manage and prioritize competing demands.

Responsibilities

What you will learn and contribute to

As part of our team, you will:

  • Handle the HR operations for one or more of APJ countries as per local laws and legislation
  • Manage all transactional services’ vendor relationships
  • Provide voice service and e-mail support covering all operational, transactional HR issues
  • Provide HR policy support and interpretation to employees and line managers
  • Be responsible for HR processes and tools support
  • Answer line manager and employees' questions regarding labor law and collective agreements
  • Manage policy, process and onboarding training
  • Be responsible for Implementation of global and local rollouts for relevant expertise area
  • Drive and lead people initiatives and projects assigned

REQUIRED SKILLS

Your skills and experience 

You have:

  • Minimum 5 years of working experience related to Human Resources.
  • Bachelor’s degree in any field.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English and have good communication skills.
  • Fast learner, Self-motivated, independent and ability to work under minimal supervision.
  • Familiarized with the local legislation in Thailand.

People Experience is responsible for enriching the experience of Nokia employees at every touchpoint: managing all the common people services, ensuring seamless operations, creating impactful digital experiences and enhancing the human touch, driving automation and delivering services “on the ground.
