Part of Strategy & Technology, Group Security (GS) is Nokia’s central knowledge center responsible for Nokia’s cyber security policies and standards, the cyber security architecture and roadmap, and the monitoring, alerting of security incidents.

We partner with the Nokia Business Groups and Central Functions on product security, customer security, and interact with governments on security regulations.

Together we take care of Nokia’s security culture, processes, systems, products and services to position Nokia as a trusted partner for the 5G era and beyond.

The Security Governance Risk and Compliance (GRC) Team is looking for an RSA Archer Platform expert who can do to the platform maintenance and support of our RSA Archer tool as part of the GRC Center of Excellence Team.

Responsibilities

What you will learn and contribute to:

The GRC Center of Excellence Team is part of the Group Security Governance Risk and Compliance Team and has the responsibility to enable the proper execution of information and cybersecurity processes by establishing and maintaining Group Security tools and supporting processes. 

In this role, you will be providing the RSA Archer platform maintenance and support as part of the GRC Center of Excellence Team.

Key activities include:

  • GRC Platform: 
  • You manage the Archer platform, including Production, Test, Development environments and any other environment that may be required.
  • You monitor the Archer service and all underlying components to ensure that the service is up and running.
  • You take care of any platform related events which occur from regular use, and all events that may come from unexpected HW/SW issues.
  • You anticipate potential issues by preparing statistics and monitoring alerts across the platform.
  • You help identify issues in the application layer that come with Archer logs.
  • You deal with IT Support and Archer Support to get issues fixed in due time.
  • You monitor new Archer releases, bug fixes etc, to help decide when upgrades are relevant and/or mandatory.
  • You take care of software upgrades, installing and checking new versions.
  • You participate in regression testing to make sure that new releases don’t bring unexpected issues.
  • You take care of digital certificates renewal and set-up.
  • You take care of authentication and directory synchronization aspects.
  • GRC Solutions: 
  • You understand what solutions and use cases are licensed to Nokia.
  • You help support the implementation of the GRC solutions based on your Archer skills.
  • GRC Development:
  • You take part to clean-up activities and regression testing tooling.
  • You build tools to monitor the service as needed.
  • You maintain SQL queries and stored procedures as needed. 

REQUIRED SKILLS

Your skills and experience

Knowledge & Experience

  • Your area of expertise: 
  • Archer 6.9 and higher, with 5+ years of experience in administering Archer, and development skills with SQL queries, Powershell, JSON/XML, scripting languages, and Power Automate
  • Good knowledge of Archer use cases, modules, solutions, and core applications
  • Documentation (Office tools) and writing skills
  • Knowledge of any of the items below will be considered a plus:
  • Knowledge in a variety of administration areas (Archer, MS SQL Server, Windows, IIS, SAML, LDAP, APIs)
  • Experience with Agile methodology
  • Experience with data analytics and reporting tools (PowerBI, …)
  • Experience with information security concepts at the scale of a large, multinational enterprise
  • Data science techniques, AI and other enabling technologies

Education

  • Advanced degree in engineering, information systems or computer science or equivalent by experience
  • Certifications or the ability and motivation to work toward obtaining RSA Archer certification or equivalent
  • Fluent English

  • Having good communication skills.
  • Being self-motivated and a reliable team-player.
  • Showing high re-activity and adaptability to the evolving enterprise context.
  • Being able to prioritize and execute tasks under high-pressure conditions.
  • Being available out of business hours from time to time and under short notice to address blocking issues in Production, or to execute planned changes that may have to take place in quiet periods of time like weekends.
