What you’ll do

  • Work with APAC/HQ Treasury team and lead local specific Cash initiatives including payment term harmonization and DSO improvements.
  • Take ownership for pricing analysis and provide variance analysis. Interact with cross functional teams to understand commercial behavior and support to drive gap closure and issue resolutions.
  • Support Commercial team to enhance partnership with dealers. Provide strategic advice on dealer management including contract and incentive.
  • Review commercial contracts and ensure business commercial compliance to follow DoA and CCAP process.
  • Take ownership of cost control and analysis. Support to drive overall business growth as well as meeting cost commitment.
  • Support region leader to develop and kaizen financial operation in Cytiva Japan and bring best practice to the business.
  • Closely work with region Controllership team and drive appropriate internal control and SOX requirements in the business, including tax, custom duty, transfer price, etc.

Who you are

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university with solid finance background
  • Strong communication skills in English
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting and finance planning & analysis, worked in an international business is ideal.
  • FMP, PFLP, CAS, CPA, MBA, EMBA preferred.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Open to change, ability to deal with ambiguities.
  • Ability to anticipate, identify, and resolve complex financial issues.
  • Demonstrated team leadership ability.
  • Established analytical and project management ability.
