We have an exciting opportunity for Engineer-Engineering to join our Hongkong team. This is an exciting opportunity to gain Mechanical and Electrical experience and knowledge in a wider international team of experts. 

Responsibilities

Responsibilities include:

• 处理所有与屋宇装备工程相关的项目，包括设计审查，工程图审查，工地巡查 , 日常协调和沟通， 系统测试和调试等

Handle all projects related building services engineering including design review, drawing review, site inspection, daily coordination and communication, system testing and commissioning, etc.

• 确保项目进度及时且在预算之内，以合乎公司的相关要求。

Ensure the project delivery in time, within budget and in compliance with the company requirements.

• 审核及准备报告、计划书及相关文件。

Review and prepare of reports, proposals and other relevant submissions. 

• 项目团队与客户之间的协调。

Coordination with the project team and clients.

• 需经常往来中国省地区出差。

Frequent travels to the provinces in the country of China countries is required.

Qualifications

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Building Services)
• At least 5 years related to international brand hotel and hospitality new project experiences.
• Ability to present clear and technically MEP engineering strategies and have good communication and negotiating skills. 
• Ability to enjoy professional challenges and desire to be an integral part of the long-term growth of Jensen Hughes. 
• Ability to work independently to meet multiple tasks
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office
• Ability to effectively communicate, both written and verbally, in Cantonese, English and Mandarin (Essential).
