TikTok Shops Supply Chain and Logistics team is looking for an experienced Operational Excellence Manager. In this role you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of key functions within the organization and driving excellence in our operational processes. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders across the organization to maintain operational stability, address escalations, supporting key leadership reviews, driving key collaborative events (workshops, All hands etc.) and implement initiatives to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather project requests and features. Evaluate the business impact of each request and prioritize them in alignment with organizational goals.
  • Partner with key stakeholders to draft key documents for leadership reviews. Coordinate leadership review meetings, ensuring timely delivery of materials and follow-up actions.
  • Proactively identify, track, analyze and manage key escalations, ensuring timely resolution and communication to stakeholders.
  • Organize and manage key events aimed at fostering collaboration, such as all-hands meetings, workshops, seller visits etc.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in operations management or support roles or equivalent.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues and drive effective solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to excellence and continuous improvement.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in supply chain, logistics, or eCommerce.
