We’re looking for an Associate Director of Marketing Communications to join our small team. You will work with the VP of Marketing Communications, and our Executive Committee as needed, to develop and execute communication initiatives to build our brand, shape and fuel our agency culture, and to attract and retain talent. You will report to the VP of Marketing Communications.

You’ll be a communications professional with lots of energy and ideas, natural gravitas, and a track record of developing and delivering strategies to achieve results. You’ll have a good news instinct, be able to identify opportunities, and come up with new ideas. You’ll have a strong interest in creativity, trends, and marketing. You’ll be driven by data and obsessed with delivering value for our team.
Compensation Range: $91,000 - $144,000 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. For this role, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
