Regional HR Services Management Specialist – Eastern Europe

As part of a global HR Transformation program, Siemens Energy is in the process of standardizing and harmonizing its HR services and systems. We are looking for an experienced HR Shared Services Specialist who is ready to oversee the end-to-end employee lifecycle processes (currently being delivered through an ecosystem of providers) and foster a culture of service excellence that leads to a consistent best in class employee experience.

How You’ll Make an Impact

As a key member of the global HR BPO Vendor Management & Strategy team, you will work closely with the Regional HR Services Manager to create stability, set the standard, and ensure an outstanding employee experience across Eastern Europe.

You will partner closely with the BPO provider and local HR teams to document the end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, remove roadblocks, and drive continuous improvement.

Your focus on building and maintaining the Knowledge Base as per our standardization and harmonization strategy, and your focus on improving the quality of the service will help ensure the right solutions are in place.

Handling complex escalations quickly and building authentic relationships with the local HR teams, BPO provider, Centers of Competence teams will be key to our success.

You will use your strengths to support the planning and implementation of HR projects that have a high level of complexity and involve multiple teams.

You will promote a culture of ownership and accountability while moving with speed and decisiveness.

What You Bring

Experience in HR Shared Services/ in supporting the management of an eco-system of vendors in HR Services within a global business.

C1 Proficiency in English and Polish.

Track record in supporting the delivery of change/ improvement projects in HR Services.

Experience in creating process maps (using Visio or a similar tool), Work Instructions and ensuring they are being followed.

Problem solving and critical thinking skills with a continuous improvement mindset.

Analytical skills, ability to use data to drive decisions.

Outstanding communication, organizational and energy management skills.

Self-motivated to drive initiatives through to completion as an individual contributor and through others.

Ability to thrive in a global environment, ambiguity, and change.

Experience with Workday, ServiceNow, SAP.
