Job Overview

Lead the Marketing & Digital Analytics team, within the Data-Analytics organization, to deliver deep insights to enable marketing objectives and the digital platform roadmap. This role is accountable for supporting marketing and digital leaders to make data driven decisions, optimize marketing investments, drive the marketing technology roadmap, and inform customer journeys with data to improve the digital customer experience. This is a highly visible and collaborative position that partners closely with senior leaders and key stakeholders.

Job Description

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Build measurement capabilities to optimize marketing investments across commercial and consumer products and channels.
  • Partner with marketing and line-of-business teams to develop marketing and campaign strategies.
  • Develop and execute a roadmap to capture digital data and deliver behavioral insights.
  • Inform the measurement and optimization of digital customer journeys to improve customer experience.
  • Develop and execute a marketing-technology platform strategy, focused on efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Lead the development of targeting models to improve marketing efficiency.
  • Lead a team of high-performing data scientists and business analysts; develop talent to increase data-driven marketing maturity by defining direction and applying best practices and tools.

Requirements

Required Skills:

  • Expertise in marketing analytics, campaign targeting, and optimization using advanced analytics and test & learn approach.
  • Experience in shaping marketing and digital platform strategy with customer insights, external data and targeting techniques.
  • Strong knowledge of and experience in digital data, tagging and digital/marketing technology ecosystem.
  • Hands-on experience in data extraction and data manipulation in cloud data environments (preferably Snowflake), using languages such as SQL, Python, Hive.
  • Proven ability to influence and partner at the senior leadership level.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and motivate high performing teams towards extraordinary levels of excellence and standards.
  • Superior presentation and storytelling skills, customer focus and ability to work in diverse, cross functional team environment.
  • Collaborative approach and ability to partner effectively with business, data, and technology teams.
  • Advanced knowledge of data structures and the ability to manage manipulate data within visualization tools.
  • Demonstrated record of influencing others through consensus building in a cross functional environment.
  • Financial Services experience and knowledge of Retail / Commercial Banking industry, products, and data highly desired.

Required Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline, such as Business Analytics, Econometrics, Engineering, Sciences.
  • 7+ years working in a marketing analytics role with experience in developing and optimizing data-driven marketing strategies.
  • Prior experience in using digital and marketing technology platforms to drive customer journey insights.
  • Prior experience building and/or managing a team.

Preferred Experience:

  • Master's degree in a quantitative discipline

Pay Range Information

Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.

Salary Grade Minimum - Annual

$125,100.00

Salary Grade Maximum - Annual

$223,900.00

Salary Grade Minimum - Hourly

$60.14

Salary Grade Maximum - Hourly

$107.64
