Fluke is looking at high potential candidates to join us as sales trainees. Successful candidates will have the opportunity to undergo traineeship in China before returning to local country and joining the local sales team

Successful candidate will undergo up to 1.5 years of traineeship in China that will train you in;

Initial 6 months of interesting and challenging programs that will build your strengths in the areas of

• Presentation and communication technique
• Commercial training
• Actual customer environment learning
• Thinking process
• Specialised technical skills capabilities
• Systems and Sales training

Followed by 1 year of

• Working with actual clients, building up sales confidence and rapport with clients (based in China)

Your profile

• Possess a Degree in Electrical/Electronic.
• Have 2 to 3 years of experience in Sales.
• Conversant with Mandarin (Written and Spoken), Mandarin speaking customers environment.
• Good with local (Indonesia) language and able to read and write in English. 
• Able to relocate to China for a period of 1.5 years.
• Good in communication and team player.
• Proactive and independent with creative and strong learning abilities
