Position Description

Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, the Senior Marketing Specialist – Demand Generation drives B2B customer acquisition in three key market verticals: HomeAV, Security, and Commercial. This role will develop and secure new business relationships by communicating the value of Snap One at scale through lead generation, including outbound email campaigns, direct mail, social media, and other channels as needed. This position requires the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while demonstrating strong judgment, curiosity, and adaptability. The Sr. Marketing Specialist will collaborate with various business teams, including product marketing, market management, creative services, and digital operations, on acquisition strategy and directly contribute to company growth.

Specific Responsibilities

  • Research, strategize, and build lead generation campaigns in Snap One’s three market verticals: HomeAV, Security, and Commercial
  • Create high-performing, repeatable programs that blend traditional and innovative marketing strategies to deliver measurable results
  • Activate Snap One social media channels to engage with prospective buyers through both organic and paid social content and campaigns
  • Manage prospect, lead, and customer data inside the marketing database (Braze)
  • Serve as an internal expert on key trends and behavioral activity that impact customer acquisition
  • Collaborate across various departments on acquisition strategy
  • Analyze campaign performance concerning leading indicators (CTR, CPL, etc.) and lagging indicators (applications, new partners, revenue, etc.) with a focus on revenue growth and ROI
  • Analyze past campaign performance and identify new opportunities to improve existing marketing efforts
  • Contribute to weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly reports to demonstrate campaign success
  • Collaborate with the Sales team to ensure overall success in new dealer acquisitions and/or dealer re-engagement
  • Manage outsourced vendors for various lead-generation partnerships

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or a relevant field
  • 5+ years of agency or in-house Marketing experience
  • Strong time management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize to meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in consumer electronics
  • Experience using Braze
  • Experience using Salesforce
  • Experience using Meta Ads Manager and LinkedIn Campaign Manager
  • Working knowledge of Google Analytics
