Job description

As part of Infineon’s digitalization initiative, you are responsible for introducing Requirements Engineering in various domains of activity. 

In your new role you will:

  • Develop/enable state-of-the-art Requirements Engineering for new organizations and use-cases (e.g. IP reuse, technology development, quality management);
  • Introduce best-in-class tools enabling simultaneous machine-readable as well as human-readable requirements;
  • Provide end-to-end solutions to enable traceability from product ideation throughout the complete product development;
  • Support world-wide expert users and provide guidance to development projects in using the methods and tools.

Your Profile

You are fully committed to making product development processes more efficient without making compromise on quality. You are open-minded and courageous to try new ideas and yet have a high practical sense in proposing new solutions, which you communicate in a clear and effective way. You have knowledge from multiple disciplines and are permanently connected to the latest technology developments.

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

  • A university degree in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering or equivalent field, Business Administration;
  • Programming background – experience with Databases, APIs, reporting engines, UX (would be a plus);
  • Very good command of English;
  • A collaborative style and teamwork orientation;
  • Great communication skills and ability to moderate various stakeholders from different business lines;
  • Problem solving mindset.
