About the Position:

Kraft Heinz is seeking a driven and collaborative Associate Manager to join our Global Sales Technology Activation team. In this exciting role, you will play a pivotal role in driving the adoption and successful utilization of new sales technologies across our global sales organization. You will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive activation plans, fostering a culture of technology adoption among our world-class salesforce, and measuring the impact of new technologies on sales performance.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with Kraft Heinz sales leadership and stakeholders across various regions to identify sales technology needs and opportunities.
• Develop and execute comprehensive activation plans for new sales technologies, including training, communication, and support strategies tailored to diverse global markets.
• Manage and deliver engaging training programs for global sales teams on new technology functionalities and best practices, considering cultural nuances and time zone differences.
• Create and maintain user guides, knowledge base articles, and other resources in multiple languages (where applicable) to support ongoing learning and adoption across the globe.
• Analyse data and track key metrics to measure the impact of technology activations on sales performance across different regions, identifying areas for improvement and tailoring strategies as needed.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., product development, sales, marketing, IT) to ensure seamless integration and support of new sales technologies for the global sales organization.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest sales technology trends and best practices relevant to the global marketplace.

Qualifications

Please kindly note that you need to have an EU Working Permit (Orientation Year Visa not included) in order to proceed for this position.

• Key user of SFA systems and advanced MS Excel user.
• Intermediate Tableau / Power BI user
• Advanced relational database knowledge (key principles, rules, terms)
• Able to create analytics report using multiple data sources of different format
