We’re looking for someone like you to help organizations solve their traditional business challenges with new digital transformation architecture from roadmap to implementation.

As a digital transformation architect on our team, you’ll use your expertise to develop strategies, and translate strategies into actions that can be implemented to drive alignment across a diverse set of leaders and achieve buy-in. You’ll work alongside key stakeholders and other consultants to share your expertise on technical ecosystems and implement transformative change initiatives.

In this role, you’ll directly impact the Solutions Center as a key driver of strategy development and implementation. With opportunities to learn new tools and skills, we focus on growing and collaborating as a team to make the best solutions for our customers. Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship is required.

You Have: 

  • 5+ years of experience as an IT Strategist of Digital Transformation Architect
  • Experience working as part of a technical team
  • Experience developing and executing technical and business strategies
  • Experience working with open-source program offices
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional team members on design and implementation
  • Bachelor’s degree

Nice If You Have: 

  • Experience serving as a liaison between technical and non-technical teams
  • Knowledge of change management
  • Possession of excellent written and verbal communication skills, including briefing executives

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $106,200.00 to $242,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
