THE JOB

Live Nation Concerts is seeking a Ticketing Assistant to support the ticket operations team. This detail-oriented position requires excellent organizational skills, strong problem-solving skills, and an ability to work efficiently, accurately, and effectively under pressure. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills the ability to foster strong working relationships with senior executives, partners, and clients at all levels of an organization.

WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO

• Responsible for processing, distributing, and accounting for tickets etc
• Work selected events in the market
• Collect and analyze inventory data across multiple ticketing platforms
• Assist with show/ticketing management
• Assist with building out internal order system for Live Nation concerts
• Additional administrative tasks
• Other duties as assigned by Ticketing team

WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING

• Demonstrated knowledge of ticketing software, event programming, and box office operations is preferred, but not required.
• Excellent oral and written communication.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or comparable work experience.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, etc.)
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to prioritize, organize, problem solve, follow-up, and communicate.
• Must be able to work under pressure to meet strict deadlines.
