Position Overview

Fusion is a cloud-based 3D modelling, CAD, CAM, CAE, and PCB software platform for professional product design and manufacturing. We’re looking for a motivated Software QA Engineer to join in the Design Engineering QA team to focus on developing and optimizing the automation tools/test suites to help improve the productivity of the software development & testing cycles.

This is an onsite position in Pune, and you will report to Software QA Manager

Responsibilities

• Follow up each official automation report and triage the failures, identify the root cause and log the issue and assign to the right team to fix them
• For each release, measure the automation results to make sure meet the release criteria
• Close Monitor and troubleshooting the CI system acceptance test cases failures and take the appropriate action to fix the issue
• Monitor and triage unstable test cases and find a way to reproduce that. Stabilize the automation test pool
• Support different OS and different devices for the automation triage job
• Assist the Developer engineering team in reproducing the automation failures

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field. 2+ years experience in Software QA
• Understanding of software automation testing methodologies
• Experience with bug-tracking systems and test management tools
• Problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Work independently on daily activities and follow guidance on new assignments

Preferred Qualifications

• Troubleshooting skills in complex software development
• Experience in automation testing and triage
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies is a plus
• Quick learning
• Data tracking and analysis skills
• Good communication skills and problem solving skills
