We are looking for a CRM and customer journey expert,

Your day-to-day will include managing and establishing customer-oriented digital campaigns (B2C), building and operating complex customer journeys using Salesforce Marketing Cloud, gathering, and analyzing information, and recommending how to improve our digital activities across a variety of channels as part of the digital department.

Working according to the different segments of the customer journey, optimizing existing journeys, and setting up new ones in the Marketing cloud system.

Main responsibilities:

  • Lead project management, focusing on digital marketing initiatives and email campaigns in Salesforce CRM.
  • Design, build, and execute ad hoc communications, triggered, and automated journeys in the Marketing cloud.
  • Managing marketing campaigns in SF, monitoring, and tracking campaigns definitions and population creation.
  • Deep dive analysis and exploration of the data on an ongoing basis, to improve the performance.
  • Accompanying business characterizations for journeys, according to the commercial and marketing needs - planning customer journeys at the level of strategy, business thinking and a holistic view of all consumer touch points.
  • Strengthening our brand presence by producing digital campaigns, content, and advertising materials.
  • Manage optimization and A/B TEST for the various campaigns.
  • Implementing innovative tools that will increase the engagement and lead to traffic in our E-com website and to high conversion rate.
  • Collaborate with the Brand and Marketing team, to plan a variety of activities (connecting offline and online).
  • Thinking about digital solutions and familiarity with advanced solutions in the industry.

WHAT ARE THE QUALIFICATIONS?

  • At least 3 years CRM or Marketing Automation role. Preference to SF Marketing Cloud.
  • Experience in building consumer journeys (Hand zone) – from the creative stage to the implementation, through analysis, control, and optimization- An advantage.
  • Introductory with multi-source of data (Google analytics, Power BI).
  • Demonstrated success in deploying and implementing integrated digital marketing campaigns, with an emphasis on email marketing: best practice– sending hours, subject lines, AB TEST (creative skills – an advantage).
  • Data analysis expertise for campaign optimization.
  • knowledge to build personal value propositions-based segmentation.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with cross functional project experience.
  • highly motivated, hardworking and have the ambition to make a difference.
  • Strong B2C marketing background.
  • Relevant degree from a recognized university/ collage– Mandatory.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • MS office.
