• PR engineering hub will serve as Global function to the existing Engineering functions with PR factories /clusters. 
• The department will secure additional capacity to support the clusters in daily operations and project execution.
• Initially primary tasks:
• Establish Engineering hub supporting LPT, MPT and SG (GIS, AIS) products and customer orders globally.
• Secure recruitment, capacity, and competence to meet demand from global network. (70-80 HC in FY25 including team leads/displine leads)
• Gradually train the engineering ASAP after recruitment. On-site training for eng. tools and applications.
• Establish good collaboration between India and PR engineering community including mentoring roles.
• Secure technology training and knowledge transfer of LPT/MPT product portfolio, supported by LPT/MPT engineering community.
• Define framework for scope & responsibilities, aligned with clusters and factories engineering functions.
