Job Description

1. Job Functions:• Capture; Understand; Review; Clarify and Agree on the business requirements for each of the Sprints

  • Translate business requirements into Tacton CPQ design and write configuration logic for implementation, Manage the task deliverables with good quality and on time delivery
  • Review of development activities and approve the same for releases in various environments
  • Need to work in the areas of Doc gen, Tacton modelling and configuration
  • Monitoring the production servers of Tacton CPQ and address the status and threats
  • Monitor the Product release management (Tacton) and perform impact analysis against the application

2. Experience:• Having 6-8 Years of experience as a technical lead in the area software development

  • Ability to collaborate effectively across Vendors and Customers
  • Ability to be productive in a fast-paced environment with minimal direction

3. Skills:• Tacton CPQ, Java Script, Tacton Modelling, Knowledge of System Integration

  • Certifications in Tacton CPQ will be an added advantage
  • Basic knowledge of CRM/ERP ecosystem

4. General Expectations:• Ability to handle multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities and Flexible to work in customer time zone

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers
  • Must be able to work in critical times and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service
  • Relevant projects that demonstrate candidate communication and interpersonal skills, as well as strong work ethic that prove high quality deliverables
  • Demonstrated ability to work well both independently and work effectively in a collaborative team environment
  • Experience in handling development team to ensure on time delivery and should have excellent escalation management skills
  • Effectively manage all aspects of project, including customer and key user communication
