Responsibilities

JOB SUMMARY: Support Casino Marketing management in the creation, maintenance and organizing of marketing campaigns, special events, and groups. Assist in the implementation of partnership projects that create a smooth and reportable booking process for partners, agents, and guests. Provide support for CRM optimizations, partner communications and execution of campaigns onboard.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Support Management team in the implementation of partnership campaigns and organizing systems and processes that will set up the reservation team with an executable booking process for agents, partners, and guests.
  • Assist in the implementation and maintenance of partnership processes, procedures, and requirements.
  • Support Salesforce and Seaware projects for the creation, issuances, and redemption of casino partnership offers and programs.
  • Ensure proper communication with the ships regarding partnership special events and groups onboard.
  • Organize and maintain guest and booking rules for partnership events and campaigns.
  • Provide support as needed for new system enhancements, promotions, and corrections with IT.
  • Work with the Business Intelligence team to create and/or update existing booking and financial reporting.
  • Coordinate and book travel arrangements for partnership events.
  • Maintain partner expense reports in QuickBooks.
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

DEGREE TYPE: High School Diploma

EXPERIENCE: Minimum 1 years' experience working in hospitality or business operations role.

COMPETENCIES/SKILLS:

  • Acute attention to detail and ability to spot inefficiencies.
  • Proactive in identifying and correcting issues; Ability to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
  • Working knowledge of Freestyle Connect reservation system and Salesforce, and/or a strong technology background preferred.
