Glovo is on the hunt for a dynamic and visionary leader to continue to build and lead our ‘Brand Ads’ team of Account managers, specializing in digital advertising, retail media, and strategic sales to top-tier brands within the Glovo App.
As Head of Brands Ads for Romania, your primary focus will be creating a best-in-class commercial strategy, with close collaboration of Regional and HQ teams, that bridges the capabilities of the Glovo App with the needs of strategic Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) brands to deliver innovative targeted advertising solutions to enhance their market awareness and performance.
This role is pivotal for professionals passionate about blending the art of sales with the science of digital advertising, aiming to propel brand growth and visibility. As the spearhead of this initiative, you will be responsible for building, nurturing, and guiding a team dedicated to forging strong relationships with some of the most influential brands in the market, understanding their marketing needs, and delivering tailored solutions that resonate with their objectives.
Your mission will involve leading and inspiring a team of account managers, ensuring they are equipped with the knowledge, tools, and strategies to effectively engage with clients and maximize advertising opportunities with the Glovo ecosystem.
