VCA Advanced Veterinary Care Center is seeking a Registered Veterinary Technician to join our expanding Neurology Service!
VCA AVCC is open 24/7, 365 days a year, and provides a wide range of specialty, critical care, emergency service, and primary care. Our services and medical equipment mirror what one would find at a human medical center. We offer a team approach to veterinary medicine where specialists work together to provide the most advanced care possible for every patient utilizing the newest diagnostic equipment and therapeutic techniques.
Our Neurology Service comprises of two board-certified neurologists, Licensed Technicians, and Veterinary Assistants. Our board-certified neurologist perform intricate examinations, diagnostic testing, and neurologic surgeries.
Our Neurology Technicians are exposed to diverse and stimulating caseload. Our Neurology Technicians provide exceptional care to every patient. Technical skills are sharpened, and new techniques are learned every day. Skills that our Neurology Technicians utilize, but are not limited to:
Schedule: Full-Time, three 12-hour weekdays. Upon complete training with the Surgery Service (commonly three months), associates have the option to train to perform on-call surgery duties. They can choose to be included in an on-call rotation for both Surgeons and Neurologists. Bonuses apply!
