Job Description:

• Provide confident and empathetic customer support, addressing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
• Communicate clearly and effectively with customers in English or Hindi, adapting to their language preferences.
• Skillfully navigate various applications and our CRM system, ensuring all customer interactions are documented accurately and in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure service excellence and strive for first-contact resolution.

Job Requirements:

• Freshers or those with 1-2 years of experience, especially in call center operations, are welcome.
• Strong proficiency in using smartphones, computers, and familiarity with internet/mobile applications, MS Excel, and MS Word.
• English proficiency equivalent to Versant Levels 3 and 4, and capable of effective communication in both Hindi and English.
• Typing speed of at least 40 WPM with high accuracy. Written communication should align with CEFR Level B1 standards.
• Access to a laptop/desktop with a minimum internet speed of 5 MBPS, suitable for running CRM and contact center applications via Citrix Workspace.
