Job Description:

As a Customer Service Representative in the healthcare sector, you will:

  • Provide psychosocial support to patients dealing with chronic, acute, or terminal illnesses.
  • Engage in post-discharge communication to assess health status and provide necessary counseling.
  • Monitor patients to evaluate their progress during the treatment and maintain accurate records.
  • Engage with patients to identify medical needs and channel them to hospitals or healthcare
  • providers.
  • Address patient queries, offering solutions and information based on predefined FAQs.
  • Counsel patients scheduled for surgeries on health outcomes.
  • Collect health records data from consenting patients.
  • Register new patients in the system upon contact.
  • Receive regular feedback from managers and undergo ongoing program-related and on-the-job training
  • sessions.
  • Maintain accurate patient data management, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with healthcare
  • standards.

Job Requirements:

  • Educational Background: A bachelor’s degree in a clinical or medical field, such as B. Pharma or D Pharma biology or a related field, is essential. Candidates with backgrounds as Paramedics, Clinical Psychologists, physiotherapists, dietitians, nutritionists, or related fields will be preferred.
  • Skills: Exceptional communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
  • Experience: At least 1 year of relevant experience in healthcare or customer
  • service. However, freshers can also apply.
