Responsible for overseeing the planning, implementation, and tracking of a specific services project which has a beginning, an end and specified deliverables.
Job Description:
- Coordinate transport programs and operational activities to each unit within its working area (Region) and ensure its implementation.
- Checking the monthly work plan and accountability of the use of operational funds (PDO) prepared by Head Unit & Sub Unit Administration based on the realization of daily work plan (RKH) and the realization of the previous monthly work plan (RKB).
- Acting as problem solver for daily unit problems and reporting to higher levels for emerging unit issues.
- Analyze the needs of the driver and the load of each unit and coordinate with the relevant sections for their fulfillment.
- Monitor and ensure that the Manager's Report has been created according to the procedures applicable by each Transport unit.
- Coordinate with Head of Transport Kalimantan & Sumatera relating to the delivery of TBS / CPO to be delivered on time and on exact amount in accordance with predetermined planning.

Job Requirement:
- Min Bachelor Degree in Accounting
- Having min 3 years of working experience from Palm Oil Industry
- Willing to be located in Head Office Jakarta
