About the Team:

Lead Business Intelligence Team to support the Business Development Category team by providing data analytics, reporting, and strategic insights to drive decision-making and business growth.

Job Description:

1. Data Reporting and Analytics:

• Oversee the development and maintenance of comprehensive reports and dashboards to support Business development Category team's ongoing and future needs.
• Manage ad-hoc data requests through an efficient ticketing system, ensuring timely and accurate responses.

2. Analytics Projects:

• Lead analytics projects aimed at enhancing the Business development team's operational efficiency and effectiveness in market analysis, category performance tracking, and strategic planning.
• Implement best practices in project management to ensure successful project execution and delivery within set timelines and budgets.

3. Strategic Collaboration:

• Build and maintain strong partnerships across all levels of the Business development team, from Head to Associate, to ensure seamless data flow from ideation to execution, tracking, and review.
• Participate in strategic planning sessions with the Business development team to align data analytics projects with business goals.

4. Team Leadership:

• Lead and mentor a team of Business intelligence professionals, fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
• Develop and implement training programs to enhance team capabilities in data analysis, reporting, and project management.

5. Innovation and Improvement:

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the Business intelligence team through documentation, automation, and the adoption of advanced analytics techniques such as Machine Learning and AI.
• Participate in cross-functional Business intelligence projects aimed at enhancing overall Business intelligence capabilities and contributing to a culture of innovation and excellence.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s in Data Science, IT, Business Analytics, or related.
• Experience: 5+ years in Business intelligence/Data Analytics, with 2+ years in a leadership role, preferably in e-commerce or retail.
• Skills: Expertise in BI tools (Excel, Power BI, etc.), strong command of SQL, Python, project management, and strong analytical skills.
• Leadership: Proven ability to lead and develop a team, with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
