The challenge

The Digital Media Sales team is seeking an experienced sales professional who will contribute to the business development for our Digital Media business in the Mid Market corporate sector domain. We are looking to hire an experienced sales person who can further Adobe's message of Document and Creative Management to this sector entities in Japan and establish a pipeline to close deals. You will work with these entities and leverage the Adobe ecosystem and partners to identify, qualify and execute on leads for the Digital Media business such as Creative Cloud and Document Cloud.

What you’ll do

  • Drive specific product revenue in the territory - selling Adobe Document Cloud and Creative Cloud into the Mid Market corporate sector domain.
  • Maintain an active pipeline of forecasted sales to linearly meet monthly, quarterly and annual quota objectives.
  • Build strong, lasting relationships with new customers and partners by understanding their needs and business objectives.
  • Track, monitor and report performance for each deal/partnership accurately and efficiently; report on progress to leadership as needed.
  • Convert customer problems into sales opportunities.
  • Improve overall customer satisfaction in assigned customer accounts.
  • Work with various groups within Adobe (Product, Marketing, Customer Success) to provide customer feedback and drive revenue opportunities in Japan.

What you need to succeed

  • 3+ years of solution selling experience in Corporate or public sector domain.
  • High touch sales experience.
  • Outstanding communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Work collaboratively with Adobe internal teams and external teams.
  • Proven sales discipline.
  • Japanese language fluency and English proficiency in both writing and speaking.
