Senior Director-IT Sales with the following duties:
- Create and maintain account plans for all accounts in a specific territory, analyzing areas of potential growth, understanding customer needs and challenges, evaluating competition, and staying informed about industry trends.
- Establish strong relationships with key decision-makers by actively listening to and understanding their business challenges, needs, goals, and industry trends, and providing value-based solutions.
- Develop and document detailed business plans through collaborative workshops with customers, addressing their strategic priorities for digital transformation.
- Adept at closing sales deals and account planning for growth
- Create and execute a structured plan to capitalize on opportunities, utilizing a diverse team of experts, subject matter experts, and pre-sales resources.
- Coordinate and collaborate with internal and external partners from Microsoft and Global Systems Integrator partners, who are in different geographical locations and work remotely.
- Prepare persuasive proposals that highlight the business value and desired outcomes and negotiate terms and contracts to successfully close deals.
- Lead software demonstrations as part of the pre-sales process.
- Work closely with the Practice Lead and functional consultants to ensure timely execution of pre-sales activities.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with existing partners such as UiPath, Salesforce, and Microsoft, while also exploring opportunities to expand the sales pipeline through new partnerships.
- Close deals of various cloud services, application development, EDI integration, and business applications.
- Have extensive experience in negotiating and finalizing contracts with individuals at different levels within organizations, including business, technical, and IT professionals.
Requirements:
Educational requirements: Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent evaluated by a US credentialing service) in Sciences, Computer Sciences or Engineering or related and MBA.
Work experience requirements: 2 years of experience in the offered position, or in the alternate job title of Sales Manager or a related occupation.
Skill set requirements: 2 years in the following skill set:

Job is currently located in Cranbury NJ. There is a possibility of medium to long term relocation to either Pittsburgh, PA, or other unanticipated sites throughout the U.S.
The position is 40 hours per week, 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., Monday-Friday.
